So a document that lists this vendor under 'advertised and not buyable' is wrong on that point, and wrong twice over because 239 RUB is USD 2.97, which is not a sub-dollar row in the first place. There is a real finding underneath: the order form's price table carries cheaper plans that the form will not sell. It holds 'low-S' and 'START_archive' at 118 RUB, 'ultra-S-discount' at 159 RUB and two promo-S rows at 159 RUB, none of which appear in the selector, and the four legacy plan ids tried as order URLs (33, 124, 331, 107) each render the same generic form with promo-S at 239 pre-selected. The cheapest thing the form will actually take is therefore 239 RUB, and the deepest term discount, 24 months at -25%, is 179.25 RUB a month, USD 2.23, still above the USD 1 line. Even the cheapest number anywhere in the vendor's own table, the unsold 118 RUB, is USD 1.47, so no 62yun price is under USD 1 at any term. The site prices only in RUB: no CNY figure appears on the home page, the VDS section, the order form or the FAQ, so a CNY figure could not be recorded and none was invented. On cards: MIR is a Russian domestic scheme and the FAQ lists it without qualification, while VISA and Mastercard are accepted from any country except the 36 named, which includes Canada and the United States, so a non-Russian card works unless it is issued in a blocked country. The tariff is named Promo and its category heading is Промо, but no strike-through price, no 'first month' wording and no post-promo rate appears anywhere; the only discount the order form offers is by prepay length. Not established: whether promo-S is capacity-limited, and whether an account can be opened without a Russian phone number, because the registration step was not taken.","extras":{"shape":{"vcpu":1,"ram_gib":1,"disk_gib":10,"gpu_class":null,"gpu_count":null},"billing_model":"monthly","term":"monthly by default; prepay 3, 6, 12 or 24 months at -5%, -10%, -15% and -25%","m10h_usd":2.97,"m24h_usd":2.97,"price_arithmetic":"RUB 239 a month, billed monthly, at the Central Bank of Russia rate for 2026-10-24 of 80.5381 RUB per USD = USD 2.9675, rounded to USD 2.97. On the deepest term, 24 months at -25%, RUB 179.25 a month = USD 2.2257, and RUB 4,302 out of pocket = USD 53.42.
