The paid plans at 60 SEK/month and up lift the speed and add BGP; the free plan is explicitly non-commercial. The endpoint restriction excludes VPN and proxy addresses, which rules out most free compute instances. the wording is otherwise as served. Technically the best free offer found on paper: WireGuard, 10 Mbit/s, /60 with /48 on request, no byte meter, Swedish addresses. Every one of those advantages is unreachable without a Swedish personal identity number and a Swedish-registered endpoint address, so the quota is worth zero for a user.
