Free tierNo free allowance read; entry is '3 GB $3.75/GB Total: $11.25 + VAT billed monthly'. Pay-as-you-go is $4/GB and needs a wallet top-up.
unit GB; metered on downloaded-bytes
PriceUSD 2,048 per TiB (USD 2.00/GB at the 1,000 GB plan)
Per-object capnot applicable: a byte stream, not an object
Retentionnot applicable: a live endpoint, not stored bytes
EgressMetered per GB on every plan: 'Decodo residential proxy pricing is bandwidth-based. Monthly subscriptions run from $3.75/GB (3GB) to $2.75/GB (100GB), Enterprise plans start from $2.50/GB (250GB) to $2/GB (1TB), and Pay As You Go is $4/GB.'
free_allowance: none
price_per_tb: USD 2.00/GB at the 1,000 GB plan, USD 2,000 for 1,000 GB
Identitycard 'We accept payments with credit cards, PayPal, Alipay, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. You can also pay with cryptocurrency for all products except ISP proxies and datacenter proxies'.
Limits
  • volume-quota every plan is a GB allowance: 3 GB at $11.25 up to 1,000 GB at $2,000 source
Bindingvolume-quota The product is sold by the byte, so a 1 TiB month costs 1,024 times the per-GB rate; there is no flat tier to escape into on this page.
Interfacerest HTTP(S) and SOCKS5 rotating endpoint with a dashboard API for session control and geo-targeting.
Toolingany HTTP/SOCKS5 client; the monthly plan is a username, password and gateway host
Composes withThe reference metered residential price. At 1 TiB a month it is USD 2,048 of egress to carry traffic a USD 3 debrid subscription already pays for once.
ReliabilityNothing about the caller is refused by class here; the failure is arithmetic, and the 1 TiB bill arrives monthly.
NotesCounted once as the metered-market reference; the same arithmetic holds for Oxylabs, Databay, SOAX and Rayobyte, each of which gets its own record only because the rungs differ by a factor of two and a reader choosing a vendor needs the rung.
Evidence rungdocumented Every rung of the ladder is on the vendor page read today; the only unread field is whether a volume discount below $2/GB exists behind 'Enterprise' sales.

Free tier3-day free trial with 100 MB included to test performance before committing; 14-day money-back option on paid plans.
unit MB; metered on unstated; The page states 100 MB without saying whether it counts bytes in, bytes out, or both, so the direction is unstated rather than assumed.
PriceUSD 2.00 per dedicated address at the vendor's headline, USD 2.50 per address at the largest self-serve tier, USD 0.27 per shared address, USD 1.30 per GB of shared traffic. The unit sold is an address or a gigabyte, so no per-TB or per-month price exists to quote.
Per-object capnot applicable
Retentionnot applicable: a live address, not stored bytes
EgressDedicated ISP is sold per address and the page states no bandwidth line for it: 'High bandwidth & concurrency support', priced '+ VAT billed monthly'. Shared ISP is metered: 'From $1.30/GB' and 'From $0.27/IP'. Dedicated carries the vendor's own headline 'From $2/IP'.
free_allowance: 100 MB on the 3-day trial
price_per_tb: USD 1.30 per GB on shared ISP, the vendor's own unit; the page publishes no per-TB price
Identitycard A card is the purchase route: every price is quoted '+ VAT billed monthly', and no anonymous or email-only path to a paid ISP address was recorded. The sibling record dossier/debrid/decodo.json carries the same vendor's payment note from 2026-10-23, 'You can also pay with cryptocurrency for all products except ISP proxies and datacenter proxies', which reads as card-only for this product; Whether the 3-day trial itself takes a card was not established.
Limits
  • volume-quota 100 MB over 3 days on the free trial source
  • volume-quota shared ISP is billed per gigabyte from USD 1.30/GB with no cap published: cost, not a ceiling, is what stops it source
  • volume-quota dedicated ISP is billed per address from USD 2/IP as the vendor's headline, with the self-serve ladder running USD 3.33/IP at 3 IPs down to USD 2.50/IP at 200 IPs source
The capture found no published request-rate limit, no concurrency ceiling and no per-address bandwidth cap; the page's only statement on the subject is 'High bandwidth & concurrency support', which carries no number. One constraint has no vocabulary kind: a dedicated address is one identity, so N concurrent identities cost N addresses at the per-IP rate, and the 500-IP tier links to #contact-sales with no published price.
Bindingnone Nothing in the vocabulary fails at about 45 GB a month across about 599,000 requests, which averages about 0.23 requests a second: the vendor publishes no rate, concurrency or byte ceiling, and both products are priced per address or per gigabyte rather than capped. What decides the fit is money and the registration caveat in reliability_note, not a limit.
Interfacerest, cli Protocols: SOCKS5 & HTTP(S). Authenticate with username and password against endpoint isp.decodo.com:10000; the dashboard at dashboard.decodo.com/isp/pricing is where plan, locations and sub-users are managed. The page's own setup example is a cURL call.
endpoint: isp.decodo.com:10000
ToolingAny client that accepts a SOCKS5 or HTTP proxy: cURL with -U user:pass and -x, Python requests, Playwright, Puppeteer, or a multilogin tool. The vendor's own example is cURL, so no wrapper is needed and no tooling gap applies.
Composes withThe outbound leg of the Workers AI gateway: the gateway builds and retries the request, one dedicated ISP address carries it so the far end sees a stable identity across the gateway's 599,000 monthly requests, and the shared per-GB pool covers the volume where identity does not need to persist.
ReliabilityOf the two addresses the vendor publishes as its own samples, 37.120.211.30 is registered to M247-LTD-Warsaw in AS9009 M247 Europe SRL with the RDAP remark 'M247 LTD Warsaw Infrastructure', a hosting network, so a target that checks registration class sees hosting and not an ISP; the other, 90.135.104.218, is Tele2 Sverige AB (AS1257, LT-TELE2-GPRS, LT) and passes.
NotesThe caveat is the registration class, not the price, and it was checked rather than assumed. Three candidates were put up for why sample isp_01 would be a hosting address. (1) The vendor resells M247 hosting space as ISP capacity: confirmed for that address, since RIPEstat and RDAP both return M247-LTD-Warsaw in AS9009 with the remark 'M247 LTD Warsaw Infrastructure'. (2) The address has since been reassigned away from M247: refuted, because today's RDAP still answers M247 for the /24. (3) The sample artwork is decorative and not drawn from the pool a buyer receives: plausible and not settleable from outside, because the image carries no date and no pool export exists. Candidate (4), that the whole check is a misread of prefix alignment, is refuted by the RDAP object itself, which names the Warsaw infrastructure directly. One more pass over what the check cannot see: both addresses resolved only to their covering prefix, 37.120.211.0/24 and 90.135.0.0/16, so neither sample is individually announced, and the second lookup stops at a /16 with no more-specific object. The check covers exactly two addresses the vendor chose to publish. One address per verdict is not a distribution: it establishes that the published claim is not uniformly true, and says nothing about the share of the pool that would pass. What would settle the rest: buy one dedicated address, run these same two lookups on it, repeat across several addresses and locations, and ask the vendor for the ASN list behind 'Premium ASNs'. The second sample's RDAP remark reads 'Mobile Services Lithuania', so even the address that passes is registered as a mobile block inside an ISP ASN; a target that separates fixed from mobile may still see a difference, and that distinction was not tested. On price: the 'From $2/IP' headline is a call-to-action label on the product page, while the self-serve ladder bottoms at USD 2.50/IP at 200 IPs and the 500-IP tier routes to sales with no published price, so the USD 2 floor is not reachable in the published ladder and should not be quoted as a self-serve price. The pay-per-GB tiers are behind dashboard.decodo.com/isp/pricing, which needs an account, so only the 'From $1.30/GB' headline is recorded here. No record in another topic is corrected by this one: dossier/debrid/decodo.json is the residential metered product at a different rung and its numbers stand. That record does cite https://decodo.com/pricing, which today serves residential rates only, so a later session must not read ISP prices from that URL. The interface tokens socks5, http-proxy and web-ui are not in scripts/dossier/schema.json's interface enum, which still carries the storage vocabulary; the schema needs those tokens added or the gate will flag this record on structure alone, not on content.
Evidence rungdocumented Documented is the weakest rung the verdict rests on: every price is read from the vendor's own product page on 2026-10-24. The registration check is measured from RIPEstat prefix-overview and RIPE RDAP, but it covers the two addresses the vendor chose to publish, not the pool a buyer receives. Measured for the whole verdict would need a purchased dedicated address, the same two lookups run on it, and a traffic run to confirm the address is static across reconnects.

2026-10-24decodo.com/proxies/isp-proxiesThree ISP plans (dedicated, pay per GB, pay per IP) with the vendor's own headlines 'From $2/IP', 'From $1.30/GB' and 'From $0.27/IP'; the self-serve dedicated ladder at 3.33, 2.90, 2.80, 2.70, 2.60 and 2.50 USD/IP for 3, 10, 20, 50, 100 and 200 IPs; the 500-IP tier routed to #contact-sales; 'Protocols SOCKS5 & HTTP(S)'; endpoint isp.decodo.com:10000 with username and password; '3-day free trial' with '100MB included'; '14-day money-back option'; 'Premium ASNs' naming AT&T, Verizon, Orange and Tele2.
2026-10-24decodo.com/proxies/isp-proxiesThe hero image's alt text is the only machine-readable copy of the two sample addresses: 'Authentication method panel listing isp_01 37.120.211.30 and isp_02 90.135.104.218, Endpoint generator UI and cURL example'. The addresses are pixels in a webp otherwise, which is why they needed an outside registration check.
2026-10-24probe:stat.ripe.net/data/prefix-overview/data.json?resource=37.120.211.3037.120.211.30 is not announced on its own and aligns to 37.120.211.0/24, announced by AS9009 M247 Europe SRL. A hosting ASN, so sample isp_01 fails the vendor's own ISP claim.
2026-10-24probe:rdap.db.ripe.net/ip/37.120.211.0RDAP for 37.120.211.0/24: name M247-LTD-Warsaw, country PL, type ASSIGNED PA, remark 'M247 LTD Warsaw Infrastructure', maintained by M247 entities. Confirms the registration is a hosting operator's Warsaw infrastructure.
2026-10-24probe:stat.ripe.net/data/prefix-overview/data.json?resource=90.135.104.21890.135.104.218 aligns to 90.135.0.0/16, announced by AS1257 SWIPNET Tele2 Sverige AB. An ISP ASN, so sample isp_02 agrees with the vendor's claim, and the vendor's 'Premium ASNs' line names Tele2 by name.
2026-10-24probe:rdap.db.ripe.net/ip/90.135.104.218RDAP for 90.135.0.0/16: name LT-TELE2-GPRS, country LT, type ASSIGNED PA, remark 'Mobile Services Lithuania'. Passes as an ISP registration, with the sub-registration described as mobile services rather than fixed line.
2026-10-24decodo.com/pricingThis URL serves residential pricing only, from USD 3.75/GB at 3 GB to USD 2.75/GB at 100 GB plus USD 4/GB pay-as-you-go; it carries no ISP price. The ISP figures in this record therefore come from the product page and its dashboard link, not from this URL.
