Free tierNo free tier. The KVM cloud host Standard plan is $35.99 a month: 4 vCore, 8 GB DDR4, 50 GB NVMe, with a dedicated 50 Mbps port as an optional extra. Flagship is $55.99 a month (8 vCore, 16 GB, 100 GB) and Professional is $99.99 a month (12 vCore, 24 GB, 200 GB). A separate CN2 GIA line starts at $9.99 a month.
unit none; metered on none; The products page states no byte allowance for the three KVM cloud host plans. The vendor's pages do not use the word residential: the only address wording is ISP and 'operator-native allocation'. The residential label comes from third-party reports of the former VIRCS plans.

Limits
  • per-ip-shaping dedicated 50 Mbps port is an optional extra on the Standard, Flagship and Professional plans source
Two facts the vocabulary cannot name. The brand changed: the vendor's own notice says NodeMach is the former VIRCS and vircs.com redirects to nodemach.com, and a trade site reports that the US residential VPS line was discontinued in favour of CN2 GIA hosts. The vendor's current pages do not claim a residential address, so the registration class of a delivered address is unverified.
Bindingnone No byte or request limit is stated for the plan, so none binds. The deciding fact is that the vendor's own pages no longer claim a residential address, which the limit vocabulary has no kind for.
Identityemail The register form read through a pinned provider asks for a username, an email address, a password and its confirmation, and agreement to the terms, with an optional Google sign-in; it has no phone, card or document field. The default read of the same page answered HTTP 403. The terms state an account must be registered with true information and reserve the right to ask for identity or use documents when compliance needs it. Payment methods are card (Stripe), PayPal, USDT (TRC-20) and Alipay. Whether a payment step adds a check is unverified.
EgressNo monthly byte allowance is stated for the three KVM cloud host plans on the products page; the CN2 GIA line states 1 TB to 15 TB a month depending on plan with unlimited traffic at 5 Mbps after the allowance.
free allowance: unverified: no byte allowance stated for the KVM cloud host plans
Retentionnot applicable: a rented machine and its address, not stored bytes
Interfacessh A KVM machine with full root access, Windows or Linux, reinstallable from a console. The terms page states the service offers no relay or proxy: 'does not provide relay/proxy service'.
ToolingAn SSH or RDP client plus a proxy or tunnel daemon the user installs on the machine. No proxy endpoint and no API are published on the pages read.
Composes withA Worker opens an outbound connection to the instance's public IPv4 and the instance makes the upstream request, so the upstream sees whatever network announces that address instead of AS13335. The terms state the service is available in a US region and each instance can hold up to a /26 of addresses.
ReliabilityThe vendor states vircs.com redirects to nodemach.com, that it operates no other site and that imitation sites exist. A review site says the old domain no longer serves a storefront and withdraws all earlier residential claims as unverified.
NotesThe first-party pages on 2026-11-03 sell KVM hosts whose address is described only as ISP and operator-native allocation. No residential wording and no test address appear on the pages read, so no registry lookup was possible. Whether the Standard plan is the former VIRCS residential plan under a new name is unverified.
Evidence notereported Plan prices and the brand change are documented from the vendor's own pages. That the plan is a residential address is not stated by the vendor and rests on third-party reports of the former brand, so the record is reported.
