Free tier	soyoustart.com no longer sells to new customers: the site now says the brand was grouped into OVHcloud and that the migration was 'planned after the discontinuation of So you Start services on this website'. The SYS SKUs still order: SYS-1 is EUR 29.99 ex VAT a month plus a EUR 29.99 setup fee for an Intel Xeon-E 2136 at 6 cores / 12 threads, 32 GB DDR4 ECC 2666, 2 x 512 GB NVMe in soft RAID and a 1 Gbps guaranteed unmetered port. On 2026-10-22 the OVH availability API returns stock at Beauharnois (1H-high) and London (1H-low). unit GiB; metered on wall-clock; kind not stated

Notes	Refutation to record: the historic advice to buy So you Start for cheap bare metal is stale as a website, because the domain sells nothing new; the product behind it still sells under the SYS SKU. One disagreement is left open: ovheco.com lists 24sys01-v1 as 'Currently out of stock' on the same date while the OVH API returns 1H-high and 1H-low stock, and the API is the vendor's own answer, so the finding follows the API.
